Overview
Direct-fit replacement for the radiator cooling ducts on the Rush SR rear body. Same duct geometry as the factory part — no change to airflow or aero — printed in carbon-fiber-reinforced Nylon 12.
The stock ducts are printed in ABS. Under sun and repeated heat cycling they chalk, go brittle, and split at the mounting flanges — usually inside a season. Nylon 12 takes the heat cycling and impact that embrittles ABS, and the chopped carbon fiber stiffens the flange so it holds its shape under clamp load. Black throughout, so it doesn't fade.
Bolts to the factory mounting holes with the stock hardware — nothing to modify. The Rush SR carries four on the rear body; order a single to replace a cracked duct, or the set of four to redo the car.
