Shipping Policy

Convergence Engineering ships from Cresson, Texas. This policy covers how quickly orders go out, where we ship, and what to expect in transit.

Order processing & handling time

• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
• Made-to-order items are produced in small batches and ship within up to 7–10 business days. Items that are made to order are noted on the product page, so you know what to expect before you buy.

If anything is going to take longer than expected, we'll reach out to you directly.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers, cost & tracking

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the package. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@cvgeng.com and we'll make it right. Items damaged in transit are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't recover packages sent to an incorrect address provided with an order, but we'll always help where we can.
