Returns & Refunds
Convergence Engineering is a veteran-owned, Texas-based motorsports company. We want the parts you order to be right for your build — if something isn't, here's exactly how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. As long as your return request is submitted within that 30-day window, it will be honored — even if it takes us a few extra days to work out the resolution together.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled;
- Free of markings, scratches, drilling, or any modification;
- Returned with all included hardware and its original packaging; and
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Every product sold on cvgeng.com is a standard catalog item and is eligible for return under these terms.
How to start a return (authorization required)
Contact us at support@cvgeng.com — or request a return from your account — to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We may ask for a couple of details or photos so we can point you to the best resolution. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on where and how to ship it.
Items sent back without an approved RMA cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind or no-longer-needed returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable. We refund the price of the returned product.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@cvgeng.com. In these cases we cover return shipping — we'll email you a prepaid label — and refund any original shipping charge. You choose a full refund or a free replacement.
Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement shipped at our cost. Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days of inspection; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Order cancellations
Some items are made or printed to order. You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships — just contact us as soon as possible at support@cvgeng.com. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
Not returnable
- Custom or special-order work arranged directly with us — one-off brackets, custom harness builds, and other made-to-spec work that isn't a standard catalog product;
- Gift cards; and
- Services such as driver coaching and race engineering, which are governed by their own service agreement.
